5. Delivery and Access

• Dispute resolution. If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, EU consumers can access alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies listed at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies.

19. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, which continue to apply.
